1. Install & authorize

Shoplazza admin → App Store → install ShopProof (已月星证)
Approve the requested access
Open the app from your apps list to reach merchant admin

2. Trial & subscribe

New stores get 14 days free trial after install
When ready, pick Starter / Basic / Pro (all billed monthly) and approve the Shoplazza charge
Cancel subscription in-app if needed; uninstall deletes App data

3. Turn on reviews

Add or import reviews and set moderation rules
Place the review wall / theme block on product pages (follow in-app help)
Configure SMTP under Mail, then enable post-purchase review requests

4. Widgets & popups

Enable modules and save copy / style
Preview on the storefront; don’t block checkout

5. (Optional) AI support

Enable AI customer service in settings
From Basic plan, enable Basic AI (no balance charge); top up credits to use Advanced AI
Pro includes ¥66 Advanced AI credits each month; extra usage can still be topped up
